| How do I use the traffic exchange? |
Go to your personal link to start surfing. When the timer has finished an image will be shown next to a block of random images, click the matching image to confirm you have viewed the site and proceed to the next.

| How long must a site be viewed to earn credit? |
15 seconds. After which time you can click to the next site and earn more credits. Auto surf varies.

| How many credits can I earn? |
The exchange rate is variable, usually between 1:1 and 2:1. Most times it will be 1:1 which means you get 1 credit for every 1 hits you generate. Plus credits from your referrals. You can even earn credits just by showing your referral links. Also check out the 'Paid to click' section for even more quick credits. The more you use the exchange the better.

| How do I refer others? |
Use your unique referral URL with banners, buttons or text links of your choice. There are some graphics you can use on the referrals page. You get extra credits for showing your referral page.

| I just surfed 20 pages but only have 2.5 credits? |
If you have the minimum of 75% of your credits auto-assigned to your sites then 25% will go to your account for manual allocation.

| What happened to my old account? |
We have rebuilt the site and sadly had to discard the old database.
If you were a member prior to December 2007 then please signup again then use our contact page to give us your old Username and Password. We will then transfer any outstanding credits to your new account.

| Are rotators allowed? |
Yes. You must, however ensure that there are no framebreakers etc., included in your rotated sites or your rotator will be banned.

| Manual or Auto? |
Manual surfing - gets your site seen as members have to click the 'next' link to move on. This gives the better conversion rate.
Auto surfing - is a great way to pile on the traffic to your Website, provided that you do not care whether your traffic even sees your Site. Therefore, conversion rates are usually lower.
